Leadership Strategy Meeting

Several councils leadership came together to discuss challenges, where they are on respective journeys, what they are trying to achieve, how that can be done and what that means for the future - a meaty topic!

Enter The Scribing Spot 👋

Scribing really helped focus attention to the topics at hand as a way to drive conversation, ensure participants were feeling heard and keep moving through the large agenda over the course of 2 days - all courtesy of a large scribing wall, easy for attendees to look back at and refresh!

The scribed wall was then photographed and sent to attendees after as part of the ongoing discussions and planning.
