Leadership Strategy Meeting

The University Leadership came together to discuss the findings of a Ways of Working Review, and agree a direction of travel for next steps. Discussion ranged from workload, decision making, digital technologies, investment and more.

It was important to collaboratively explore institutional findings and consider potential next steps on University-wide issues as well as share findings at a Directorate, Office, and Faculty level, for transparency on early thinking and to surface areas of commonality and difference.

Scribing was a perfect mechanism to help focus and agree on next steps, visually prioritise context and structure for future communications.
